The second of 2012 was a great success for me. I spent a month shooting at the London Olympics, followed by a week shooting a fishing video in Alaska. If that wasn’t enough, I traveled to Beijing, China for a corporate shoot. It’s been nice to be home for work over the past couple of months. I’ve been working on the Tremulis documentary, shooting live to Europe World Cup Bobsleigh, and a bunch of corporate videos. Best of all, the Musicwood documentary premiered at the Doc. NY Film Festival. There was a large turnout at the IFC Theater in Greenwich Village. Maxine and Josh put on a great before and after party. Deana and I enjoyed a nice long weekend in Manhattan. The film now hits the festival circuit and will hopefully get quickly picked up for distribution. Now that the New Year is upon us, I am looking forward to a week working with Sundance Channel during the Festival, followed by a couple of days on the Speed Skating World Championships here in Salt Lake City.
